Taking Care of your Kolhapuris

1. You need Not worry if your chappal is a bit tight initially. It will grow on the foot as these are made from pure leather. Kolhapuris have a tendency to expand when used regularly. 2. Do not keep the chappals in a closed space for a long time. 3. Polish the chappals once a week with a Neutral Leather Wax to enhance their look and shine. 4. Kolhapuris are best used in summer and winter months. Avoid using them in water or during rainy seasons. 5. In case your chappals get wet, dry them with a towel at once. Make sure you pat-dry the bottom and inner linings of the chappals too. Once done, leave them todry at room temperature for a few hours. 6. Sometimes, due to moisture, a white fungus develops on the leather. There is nothing to worry. Just brush it off with a soft bristle brush or dry cloth.
